Verityx CS Strategy Session Terms
1. Scope of the Session
Your Verityx CS Strategy Session is a limited consulting engagement covering the service described on the booking page and confirmation email. The session may include analysis, discussion and strategic recommendations.
Unless expressly included in the purchased service, the session does not include implementation, ongoing support, software configuration, additional meetings or revisions after the session.
2. Client Responsibilities
Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the session. The client is responsible for providing accurate information and determining whether and how recommendations should be implemented.
Verityx CS does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulatory advice. Appropriate licensed professionals should be consulted when those matters are involved.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Verityx CS does not guarantee any specific financial, operational, retention or business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the client’s decisions, execution, personnel, technology, customers and market conditions.
4. Confidentiality
Verityx CS will use reasonable care to protect nonpublic business information disclosed during the session and will not intentionally disclose it except as required by law or necessary to provide the agreed service.
Clients should not provide passwords, regulated personal data, payment information or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through an approved secure method. These terms do not replace a separately executed nondisclosure agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of materials, data and intellectual property it owned before the session.
Verityx CS retains ownership of its preexisting frameworks, templates, methodologies and tools. The client may use materials delivered through the session internally for its own business but may not resell, publish, distribute or commercially repurpose them without written permission.
6. Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling
Payment is due in full when the session is booked.
A session may be rescheduled once without additional charge when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Cancellations, rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time and client no-shows are nonrefundable.
If Verityx CS must cancel, the client may choose a replacement appointment or a full refund.
7. Limitation of Engagement
The session creates a limited consulting relationship only for the purchased service. It does not create an ongoing advisory, employment, partnership, fiduciary or agency relationship. Additional work requires a separate written agreement.
8. Professional Conduct
Verityx CS may decline or discontinue a session involving illegal, deceptive, abusive or unethical conduct. If a session is discontinued because of the client’s conduct, payment will not be refunded.
9. Governing Terms
These terms and the booking confirmation constitute the agreement governing the purchased session unless replaced by a separately signed consulting agreement. Florida law governs these terms.
By booking and paying for a Verityx CS Strategy Session, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms.
