After payment, we’ll coordinate a time that works for both of us. To make scheduling easier, please provide:

  • Your time zone

  • Your general availability (preferred days/times)

  • A scheduling link (if you have one) 

    If you don’t have a scheduling link, no problem! I’ll propose a few options based on your availability.

⏳ Are evening or weekend sessions available?
Sessions are typically held during standard business hours, but if you require an evening or weekend session, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

🔄 Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes! If you need to reschedule, just provide at least 48 hours' notice, and we’ll find a new time that works.

1. Session Scope & Deliverables


Each Verityx CS Strategy Session is a private, expert-led consultation designed to provide insights, recommendations, and a roadmap for optimization. These sessions are tailored to your business but do not include hands-on implementation, ongoing support, or software/tools beyond the scope of the meeting. If additional services are needed, follow-up engagements can be discussed.

2. Non-Binding Strategic Advice
Verityx CS provides strategic recommendations based on industry expertise, best practices, and analysis of your current processes. However, implementation decisions remain at the sole discretion of the client, and Verityx CS is not liable for any business outcomes resulting from the use of these recommendations.

3. Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. We do not share or disclose any proprietary, financial, or strategic information discussed during the session. Likewise, clients agree to keep session materials, frameworks, and methodologies confidential.

4. No Guarantee of Results
While these sessions are designed to optimize customer success strategies, improve data tracking, and reduce churn, actual business results may vary depending on market conditions, internal execution, and other external factors beyond our control. Verityx CS does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or retention-based outcomes.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis.

  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Limited-Time Introductory Pricing
Current pricing reflects a limited-time introductory offer for early adopters. Prices may increase in the future. Clients who book under the introductory rate lock in that pricing for their initial session but are not guaranteed the same rate for future services.

7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, frameworks, or methodologies shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Verityx CS. Clients may use them for internal purposes but may not distribute, resell, or repurpose them for commercial gain without prior written consent.

8. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Verityx CS reserves the right to refuse service to businesses engaged in unethical, illegal, or misleading practices. Sessions are intended to support ethical, customer-centric business growth.
