2-3 Week Project - Post-Sales Operational Diagnostic
Compare leadership’s intended process with what employees actually do, what systems capture and what customers experience.
$3500.001 h
Not sure leadership has the full picture?
Sometimes the largest retention gaps are only visible to the people doing the work every day. If processes are undocumented, teams describe them differently or leadership lacks visibility into frontline workflows, a two-hour strategy session may not provide enough discovery.
The Post-Sales Operational Diagnostic combines leadership input, frontline interviews, system review and process analysis to uncover how the customer operation actually works. You will receive a prioritized assessment and practical roadmap based on evidence from across the organization.
Scope:
60-minute leadership kickoff
Interviews with up to six frontline and cross-functional employees
Review of relevant CRM fields, reports, workflows and documentation
Current-state customer journey and process map
Identification of ownership, data and workflow gaps
Comparison of documented processes against actual practices
Prioritized findings based on customer and revenue impact
Recommended 90-day action roadmap
60-minute leadership readout
Timeline: Two to three weeks depending on your team's availability for internal interviews.
This appointment schedules the first kickoff - following sessions will be scheduled accordingly.
Post-Sales Operational Diagnostic Terms
1. Scope and Deliverables
The Post-Sales Operational Diagnostic provides observations, analysis and strategic recommendations based on leadership discussions, employee interviews and review of agreed-upon systems, reports and documentation.
Deliverables may include identified operational gaps, interview themes, process observations, prioritized recommendations and a proposed 90-day roadmap.
The engagement does not include implementation, system configuration, data cleaning, employee training, process development or ongoing support unless separately agreed upon in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client will provide timely access to the employees, systems and information included in the project scope and will designate an authorized project sponsor.
Findings depend on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided. Delayed or unavailable access may affect the timeline or limit the conclusions Verityx CS can reasonably reach.
3. Interviews, Meeting Capture and AI
Employee interviews are intended to identify how work is performed in practice. They are not employee-performance reviews, workplace investigations or HR assessments.
Interview findings will generally be reported as combined themes. Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed when a person’s role or circumstances could identify them.
With participant consent, Verityx CS may use Google Meet and Gemini for AI-assisted note-taking, transcription or meeting summaries. Audio or video recording will only occur when specifically disclosed and all participants consent. Written notes may be used when meeting capture is declined.
Verityx CS may use AI-assistance to organize de-identified observations, compare themes, support analysis and structure draft findings. Raw recordings and identifiable transcripts will remain within Verityx CS’s business Google Workspace unless separately authorized.
AI-generated content will be reviewed for accuracy. All final observations, conclusions and recommendations represent the professional judgment of Verityx CS. AI will not independently evaluate employees or make employment decisions.
4. Confidentiality and Data
Verityx CS will use nonpublic client, employee and customer information only to perform the diagnostic and will restrict access to authorized individuals and service providers.
The client should not provide sensitive personal, medical, financial or legally protected information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the agreed scope.
Unless otherwise agreed, raw recordings, transcripts and AI working materials will be deleted within 60 days after the final diagnostic is delivered. Final deliverables and ordinary business records may be retained.
5. Recommendations and Results
Recommendations are based on available information and conditions observed during the engagement. They do not guarantee specific financial, operational, retention or customer outcomes.
The client remains responsible for evaluating recommendations and making all operational, financial, employment and implementation decisions.
Verityx CS does not provide legal, accounting, tax, cybersecurity, employment or regulatory advice through this engagement.
6. Fees, Changes and Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated:
Total project fee is due upon booking
Additional interviews, analysis, revisions or implementation require a separate scope
One review for factual corrections is included
The project fee is nonrefundable once paid
7. Intellectual Property and Acceptance
The client retains ownership of its business information. Verityx CS retains ownership of its existing frameworks, templates, methods and diagnostic tools.
After full payment, the client may use the final deliverables internally. Deliverables may not be sold, published or commercially distributed without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Verityx CS’s total liability related to the diagnostic will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
By paying the agreed fee, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and authority to approve the engagement on behalf of the company. Florida law governs this agreement.
